  1. Why do I need to become a member in order to make an online purchase on your website?
    It is always good to have a proof of your purchase, especially when you shop online.By becoming a member, you can own a permanent shopping cart ,track your current order status and purchase history at any time you want, plus many other powerful shopping tools. Most important of all, your registration helps us to get touch with you, which is very necessary when your recipient can not be found.


  2. In my account, there is a tool called "address book", what is it for?
    Many many times, when making repeat online purchases, you are asked to input the same shipping/billing infos again and agian. To avoid that, we offer you a tool called "address book". It helps you to save the address infos you have provided in the past. This will save you a lot of time when you need ship to those addresses in your future purchases.


  3. What does the payment option "Pay together with next order" mean? And how does it work?
    Rather than a payment option, it is actually a tool we provide to make your online shopping easier. Mostly, online shopper needs to pay each order for each shipping address at a time. This can be very bothering when you have to ship your orders to mutiple addresses. With "Pay together with next order", you can complete all your orders and pay them at the same time.

    For example: You want to deliver flowers to address A, B and C, and you want to complete all your orders with "pay together with next order" tool. You can do this by following the procedure bellow:

    Select flowers for address A ---> check out with "pay together with next order"---->Select flowers for address B ---> check out with "pay together with next order" --->Select flowers for address C ---> check out with "Pay Now"


  4. If I am not able to complete my order at a time, will the items in my shopping cart be lost?
    It depends. If you have already logged in as a member, your selections will be remained until you log in next time. Otherwise, the items in your shopping cart will be lost if you didn't log in previously.

     
  5. What does each order status represent in my order record?
     
    Order Status

     Status Meaning

     

    pending

    The initial status for any order, no payment has been made yet. Order sits at this status for more than 3 days will be removed from your order record.  
         

    processing

    Payment has been successfully made, the delivery gets scheduled.  
         

    pay together with next order

    Payment has not been made yet and is expected to occur upon your next order.  
         
    delivered Your order has been delivered.  
         
    canceled Your order is canceled after we have received your payment. A refund will be issued to you.  
         


  6. What payment methods are accepted by your online purchasing?
    Currently, we accept Visa, Master Card, AmericanExpress, Discover card and Paypal.


  7. How does your online payment work?
    First, choose to make your payment with your Credit Card or Paypal account.
    Then, fill up the requiring info. That is it.


  8. Will I receive a confirmation email once my online purchase is done?
    Yes, a confirmation email will be sent to you once you complete your order. However, this email can only be used as your proof of purchase if the infos you have provided are accurate and sufficient.
